"A Pittance of Time"

Claire is reading a book right now called "If I Just Had Two Wings", and has to do a report and a diorama on it. Briefly, the book is about the Underground Railroad, and four slaves who make it from Alabama to Chatham, Ontario. She was to figure out what lesson she learned from reading the book. Last night we were discussing it, and she decided that the books main lessons for her were "Don't take your freedom for granted" and "Freedom requires sacrifice".
